We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Every Joyfulpop figurine is handcrafted with care. If you are not 100% satisfied with your figurine, we will make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom figurines are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• If your figurine arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will provide a free replacement or full refund, at your choice.

Quality Issues

• If the figurine does not match your photo in a significant way, contact us with photos.
• Our artists will review your case and provide a remake or refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Refunds include the full product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
