Shipping & Production

This policy applies to all orders placed through Joyfulpop and governs the delivery, costs, and related procedures for our custom 3D printed figurines.

1. Order Processing

• Production Time: Each figurine is handcrafted to order and takes approximately 12-15 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once payment is verified. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once dispatched.
• Photo Review: Our artists review your uploaded photo within 24 hours. We'll contact you before production if any issues are found.

3. International Shipping

We ship to 40+ countries worldwide.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Track via the carrier's website. For international orders, tracking may not cover the final delivery leg in some countries.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

• Claims must be filed within 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) of the estimated delivery date.
• Damaged items require clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.
• Approved claims result in a full refund or free replacement at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing sales01@joyfulpop.com.cn with your order number.
