### 1.2 Custom Products
All figurines sold on the Store are **custom-made to order** based on photos provided by you. By submitting an order with photo(s), you confirm that:

- You have the right to use and authorize us to process the submitted image(s) for the purpose of creating your custom figurine.
- The image(s) do not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- You indemnify and hold harmless Joyfulpop against any claims arising from your submission of unauthorized or infringing images.

### 1.3 Likeness Representation
Custom figurines are artistic interpretations based on reference photographs. While our artists strive for high likeness fidelity, a figurine is a **stylized 3D sculpture**, not a photorealistic replica. Minor differences in facial proportions, expressions, or details are expected and accepted as part of the artistic process.

## 2. Intellectual Property

### 2.1 Your Content (Uploaded Photos)
When you upload photos to create a custom figurine, you grant Joyfulpop a **limited, non-exclusive license** to use those images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not retain, republish, or resell your personal photographs for any other purpose.

### 2.2 Our Content
All content on the Store — including but not limited to product photography, descriptions, blog articles, graphics, logos, and website design — is the exclusive property of Joyfulpop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

### 2.3 Finished Figurines
The final 3D model file and physical figurine produced from your photos is a **derivative work** jointly created from your photograph and our sculpting work. Upon delivery, ownership of the physical figurine transfers to you. The underlying 3D digital model remains the property of Joyfulpop.

## 3. Limitation of Liability

### 3.1 Product Use
Joyfulpop figurines are **display collectibles and keepsakes**, not toys. They are not intended for:

- Children under 14 years of age (small parts may pose a choking hazard).
- Rough handling, play, or outdoor display.
- Use as functional objects (e.g., cake toppers, keychains, or wearable items) unless explicitly marketed as such.

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of the product outside its intended purpose as a display collectible.

### 3.2 Material Characteristics
Our figurines are crafted from **photopolymer resin** with a matte clear coat finish. Resin is a rigid material that:

- May become brittle if exposed to extreme temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F) or direct sunlight over extended periods.
- Can break if dropped, especially at thin sections (fingers, hair strands, accessories).
- Is not waterproof; prolonged exposure to moisture may affect the surface finish.

### 3.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joyfulpop's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the **amount you paid for the specific product** giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

## 4. Age Restriction
